- DE business filings may be submitted prior to the holiday with the holiday as an effective date.
- DE business filings may NOT be filed when the Division of Corporations is closed unless prior arrangements have been made.
- A $2,500 special handling fee will be charged in addition to all customary disbursements.
- The filing will not be processed until the state re-opens.
- Prepositioning is MANDATORY and at least 24-hours’ advance notice is requested.
